In 2012 Andrew Smith and Daniel Campbell opened the Affiné Food Truck. The mission of the company was to create a positive change to the culinary landscape of Fort Wayne by sourcing from local farms, hand making every aspect of the dishes served, and giving exceptional service. Since then, Affiné Hospitality has grown to include: Junk Ditch Brewing Company , GK Baked Goods , GK Pastry Truck, an exclusive partnership with Country Gardens Farm, and a CSA.
Affine Food Truck is still in operation today! You can find us at local wineries, food truck rallies at Junk Ditch, and downtown for Farmer’s Markets or lunch on the square. Grace Kelly May joined our team in 2014 to help Affine build a bread program and expand our dessert offerings. Soon other food trucks and restaurants were eager to source our bread so we took her on as a partner and created GK Baked Goods together. Grace, has since become an owner of all businesses under Affine Hospitality, and her wonderful work can be seen in all facets of the business group. We are delighted to further grow the GK brand. The warehouse at 1825 W. Main Street was purchased in 2014, and repurposed into Junk Ditch Brewing Company, and the hub for Affine Hospitality.
